Business Analyst - Data & Analytics

Salary:

Circa 45,000 dependent on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

Leading end-to-end business analysis activities for large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and document business requirements Conducting in-depth data analysis, leveraging SQL and Excel to extract insights, identify trends, and present findings to senior management Development and optimization of business processes and actively participating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, ensuring timely and successful project deliveries Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitated user training sessions, ensuring smooth adoption of newly implemented systems and processes Assisting in the development of training materials and user manuals, enabling end-users to effectively utilize system functionalities

Experience of Business Strategy & Analysis Business requirements gathering and documentation (Agile methodologies) Stakeholder management and communication and Data Management & Analysis
Desirable:


Understanding of Master data management Knowledge of data governance CBAP - Certified Business Analyst Professional or equivalent certification
