We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. You will work with teams across the business to review how we work, find ways to improve processes, and support key projects. You will use data to help people make better decisions and make sure solutions meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, review, and write clear business requirements from stakeholders Review current processes and identify where improvements or automation can be made Turn business needs into clear functional and technical requirements Work with developers, and senior managers to deliver solutions Assess risks and the impact of proposed changes Support new systems and processes, including user acceptance testing Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to explain findings and recommendations Make sure solutions meet legal, operational, and security standards
Required Skills and Experience

A degree in Business analytic, IT or related field At least two to three years experience in a Business Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in gathering requirements and process mapping Good knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI. Understanding of Agile or Waterfall ways of working Ability to work on your own and manage several tasks at the same time
Desirable

Experience in business or management roles Knowledge of cloud systems and digital change projects
