Overview




Join a dynamic travel management company operating across multiple systems and handling high volumes of financial transactions. As a Business Analyst - Finance Transformation, you will play a critical role in bridging finance operations with strategic business goals. You'll analyse and optimise financial processes, support automation initiatives, and ensure data integrity across complex transactional environments.


This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.


Key Responsibilities




Financial Analysis & Reporting


Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

Business Partnering


Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial teams to gather and translate business requirements into financial solutions.

Process Improvement


Identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to improve accuracy, compliance, and workflow efficiency.

Data Management


Ensure the integrity of financial data across systems. Support data migration and implementation projects.

Compliance & Controls


Monitor adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements. Support audit preparations and internal control frameworks.

Project Support


Contribute to finance-related projects including system upgrades, product launches, and organisational change initiatives.

Problem Solving


Analyse business challenges, assess risks, and propose actionable solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement


Maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and technology partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless financial operations.


Key Requirements




Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or Business Analyst in a commercial environment Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Collaborative and adaptable, with experience working in cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement Proficiency in financial systems, applications, and data analysis tools Experience with automation and robotic process tools Knowledge of regulatory requirements and finance operations best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Accounting knowledge preferred to ensure end-to-end process alignment with accounting standards
