Position Overview and Core Responsibilities



The Business Analyst - Infrastructure plays a critical role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, implementation, and support of infrastructure projects. This individual is responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and facilitating the delivery of robust and scalable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document infrastructure-related requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Process Mapping and Improvement: Assess current infrastructure processes and workflows, identify areas for optimization, and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and reduce risk. Solution Design Support: Work closely with infrastructure architects and engineers to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring solutions are technically feasible and cost-effective. Project Coordination: Act as a liaison between project management, stakeholders, and technical teams, supporting project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management for infrastructure initiatives. Documentation: Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation including business cases, requirement specifications, process diagrams, technical reports, and user manuals as needed. Testing and Validation: Participate in the development and execution of test plans to validate that infrastructure solutions meet business and technical requirements. Risk and Impact Assessment: Evaluate potential risks associated with proposed infrastructure changes and support the development of mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams, providing regular updates and ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed. Updates to the Demand Management Governance Framework Producing training material for the end-to-end process & the tool Assist in the setting up of User Training courses Assist in compiling and producing the Action & Finding Completion documents for the Audit Finding

Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the IT infrastructure domain. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as networking, servers, storage, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation tools. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 60,000.00-65,000.00 per year
