Roles: Business Analyst - Insurance
Location: London, UK
Is it Permanent/ Contract: Open for both
Is it Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Assist the product owner in gathering and documenting requirements.
- Define and review functional requirements for the AI product's front end and back end.
- Assist data science team in preparing source document for AI models.
- Anonymising documents.
- Document labelling.
- Capturing the document content into structured output.
- Analyse LLM/model outputs and validate against ground truth for chatbot accuracy.
- Evaluate / analyze model accuracy in relation to business /functional factors through manual testing working with data science team.
- Iterate taking feedback to the business and helping guide updates to improve accuracy (delivery)
- General understanding of AI and RAG/Chatbots would be hugely beneficial
- Insurance domain experience
