About The Role




We have an opportunity to join the Group IT Team as a

Business Analyst L2

on a full time, permanent basis.



Reporting into the Business Partner Manager your role will be supporting business stakeholders helping them to transform operational business objectives into business solutions by gathering, analysing, and translating their specific needs into clear business requirements.


This role will be working at portfolio level and will be heavily involved in shaping and structuring the portfolio and incepting projects. This role will also supervise, and quality assure the output from several contract BA resources who will be working across several individual projects.



You'll also work closely with the architecture, development and testing teams to convert and track requirements through into workable, stable solutions.


This vacancy is to work on our Infrastructure and Lifecycle portfolio - which includes many technical upgrade, infrastructure replacement projects; previous experience on technical projects with IT senior stakeholders would be a significant advantage in this role.


Skills & experience you can bring to the role:




Solid experience as a Business Analyst Strong communication and stakeholder management. Experience of managing engagements for varying sizes and scope. ISEB/BCS Business analysis foundation or equivalent Agile/Lean/Prince 2 understanding High motivation, proactivity, and organisation
