Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of database design, and proficiency in various programming languages. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing projects and possess a keen ability to analyse data to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing input during each phase. Design and implement database solutions that meet organisational needs. Create detailed project documentation, including requirements specifications, use cases, and user stories. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to present findings, recommendations, and project updates. Assist in project management activities to ensure the timely delivery of solutions.

Skills

Strong understanding of SDLC principles and methodologies. Experience in database design and management. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate future trends based on data analysis. Familiarity with server management concepts is advantageous. Proven ability to analyse complex data sets to derive actionable insights. Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
