Founded in 2012, LADbible Group is redefining entertainment and news for a social generation. Our global community engages with our content-spanning editorial, video, documentary and live - we reach 1 billion people each and every month. Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act. Using all major platforms, we've rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.
We're looking for a passionate and collaborative Business Analyst to join our growing Technology team. This role sits across our Web, CMS, and AI product areas, working at the heart of defining the future of our publishing platform and digital products.
You'll play a key role in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, crafting epic-level documentation and well-structured user stories that enable smooth, agile delivery. Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, and stakeholders across Commercial, Editorial, and Marketing, you'll help shape the next generation of our digital experiences.
What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define epics and high-level requirements across Web, CMS, and Data products.
  • Break down epics into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ready for engineering estimation.
  • Partner closely with engineers to ensure requirements are well understood and implementable.
  • Work alongside UX teams to ensure alignment between user needs and design solutions.
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to uncover business goals and define the "why" behind requirements.
  • Gather insights and feedback from cross-functional teams including Commercial, Editorial, and Marketing.
  • Support backlog grooming and prioritisation in partnership with the Head of Product and Engineering Leads.
  • Identify opportunities for process and product improvement across Web, CMS, and AI initiatives.
  • Champion Agile principles and contribute to iterative, value-driven delivery.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent ability to write and communicate clear user stories and requirements.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and UX/design teams.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Enthusiastic, product-focused outlook - ideally with an interest in digital publishing or media.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Kanban boards, GitHub, Figma, and analytics platforms is a plus.
Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Make an impact on products reaching millions of users daily.
  • Join a collaborative, forward-thinking tech and product team.
  • Enjoy a flexible hybrid working model.
  • Help shape the digital future of one of the UK's most influential media brands.
At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.
LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer. We are determined to create a diverse group at all levels of our company and we welcome all members of the community to apply for openings with us. As the leading social youth publisher, we have a powerful global platform to better represent our audience and enable those that do not have equal opportunities to have their voices heard. As a business, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, in an environment where everyone feels comfortable to be themselves.
