Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to the below:




Analysis:

Assist the product team in defining problems, forming return on investment, and agreeing on success metrics. Participate in requirements gathering sessions, elicit and elaborate requirements, and facilitate negotiation between stakeholders and delivery team.

Delivery:

Collaborate with and support the delivery team, contributing to the definition and delivery of the product to a high standard, within agreed timescales and within budget.

Key requirements




Required skills and experience




A Strong data analysis, identifying insights and making data driven recommendations. Ability to break down complex problems and communicate them accurately and effectively to a team with different skill sets. High attention to detail, and ability to create comprehensive documentation. Lead efficient and valuable in person workshops, requirements gathering sessions and product demonstrations that promote open communication and collaborative working. Highly adaptable and skilled in change management. Able to negotiate and compromise to find the balance between best practice, expediency, and longer-term maintenance costs. Excels in communicating complex strategies and decisions to a wide variety of stakeholders, including non-technical members in a way that can easily be understood. Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment, facilitating/ participating in agile ceremonies. 'One business' mindset, consideration for all areas of the business and contribution to our company vision.
