Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

o Analyse business processes, workflows, and operational systems to identify areas for improvement

Collect, interpret, and evaluate quantitative and qualitative data to support management decisions Prepare reports, business cases, and performance dashboards for senior management Support strategic planning, operational efficiency, and process optimisation initiatives Conduct risk, cost, and performance analysis across projects and business activities Work with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend practical solutions Support change management and continuous improvement programmes Ensure recommendations align with business objectives, compliance, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.

Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) as Business Development, Data Analytics, HR, Administration, Project Management or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management techniques.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Familiarity with data analysis and modeling techniques.

Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools is a plus.

Pay: 30,400.00-52,500.00 per year
