We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team. We're looking for a BA to assist existing DevOps staff across the portfolio of projects that we currently have. Ideally were looking for a Technical BA with good DevOps experience, and experience working with apps/tools such as:



Jira Confluence GitHub
o Nexus/Sonatype

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the bridge between Devops technical teams and business stakeholders, gathering and translating requirements effectively. Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems and workflows to support seamless migration and integration. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure technical requirements are well-defined and aligned with business needs. Document and manage detailed technical specifications and user stories. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. Build and deployment tooling (CI/CD / Experience with Monitoring & logging tools Considerable experience with software delivery in banking / finance / fintech
Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis .
