Your Role:

As a Business Analyst in the CEO office, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you\'ll embark on complex assignments that demand exceptional problem-solving skills. Your role revolves around providing high-level, confidential and coherent services to the CEO. You\'ll synthesize and analyze information in various formats to create reports and presentations that assist the CEO and Chief of Staff in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support ELT-level discussions related to the firm\'s priorities.
  • Assist in managing the annual "operating rhythm," including document drafting, ensuring preparedness for ELT and IVZ board meetings, and owning initiatives on behalf of the Office of the CEO.
  • Track, report, and analyze detailed performance metrics.
  • Develop management presentations and respond to ad hoc requests by preparing insightful analyses.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of organizational dynamics to coordinate and contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to prioritize and resolve complex issues across various investment solution and operations partners.
  • Provide high-level support, including client market and price updates, account documentation approval and maintenance.
Your Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in analytical and conceptual problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in synthesizing insights from data and making strategic business recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including multimedia presentations.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with potential clients.
  • Analyze and interpret data to uncover weaknesses, problems and root causes.
  • Formulate concise recommendations and solutions tailored to client preferences and limitations.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans to drive transformative changes.
