To analyse, develop and test improvements to the systems and processes used within the business. To manage small projects and work streams of larger projects to deliver improvements to business and operational performance.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Elicit and document requirements for IT change using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
2. Communicate and collaborate with both external and internal businesses and personnel to analyse needs and to deliver documents as needed using articulate descriptions, GUI, Screen and Interface designs to achieve the required level of understanding.
3. Prepare and execute test data, plans and scripts based on a context driven risk assessed method documenting to the level appropriate: approach, techniques, findings, conclusions and recommendations.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
5. Serves as the conduit between the business and software development teams (internal and external) through which requirements flow.
6. Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
7. Ability to turn requirement documents into design documents and technical specifications.
8. Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
9. To contribute towards the production of management information, for presentation to the Board
10. To assist in the management of the various systems used by the business including Centry, The Intermediary Portal, the CRM and others as required
11. To assist in bug identification and fixing across all systems used by the business
12. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
13. To follow best practice processes through all work undertaken.
14. To meet all pertinent regulatory requirements; FCA, CCA, GDPR, ML, Legal and to understand and fully adhere to both your own responsibility and commitment as an individual and also the Company's to ensure fully compliant activity.
15. Own and maintain the change management process
