Duties
Assist with management tasks including project coordination and process optimisation
Support SEO activities such as keyword research, content optimisation, and performance analysis
Contribute to social media management by creating engaging content and scheduling posts
Help with copywriting for marketing materials, blogs, and email campaigns
Support the utilisation of Adobe Photoshop for basic graphic design projects
Maintain and update WordPress websites with relevant content and visual elements
Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns and analysing their performance using Google Analytics
Contribute to email marketing efforts by drafting newsletters and tracking engagement metrics
Support B2B marketing initiatives by preparing presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint
Organise data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel for analysis purposes
Collaborate with the team on various marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met
Participate in team meetings, providing insights on digital strategies and operational improvements
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience or familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for basic graphic editing
Knowledge of WordPress platform management and content updates
Understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics for performance tracking
Experience with Google Ads campaigns and email marketing tools
Ability to analyse data effectively to inform decision-making processes
Knowledge of social media management platforms and strategies
