We have an exciting opportunity for a Business and Performance Manager to join our Healthcare team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B Prison located in Oxfordshire.
HMP Bullingdon is a male local resettlement prison with a capacity for 1100 inmates. We are recruiting for a Business and Performance Manager to support the Healthcare Team.

0900- 100
Salary
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to 44183 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As a Business and Performance Manager, your responsibilities will vary. You will

• Ensuring data is accurate and high quality for internal and external reporting requirements.
• You will be responsible for managing effective, patient centred, clinical administration processes and leading the administration team to ensure smooth day to day running of the service.
• Having oversight and verifying the accuracy and completeness of all patient data.
• You will also be responsible for overseeing healthcare administration and appointments for all patient clinics and external hospital appointments.
• Provide quality data submissions in a timely manner for internal and external reporting requirements.
• Meeting commissioner expectations along with assuming overall responsibility for leading the administration team

• Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent grade C or above
• NVQ 2 Business Administration or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing teams within a multi-disciplinary environment
• Experience interpreting and analysing complex data sets
• Experience of data quality and experience developing data quality
• Ability to prioritise workload and delegate effectively
