Role Overview:

This role is not your typical Enterprise Architect position focused solely on technology roadmap and strategy. We are looking for an experienced architect who can take charge of our packaged applications, with a specific emphasis on ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F+O), Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central. While the title is flexible, your expertise in architecting and optimizing these applications is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and architect packaged applications with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics 365 F+O, and Business Central.
  • Oversee and optimize the integration of these ERP systems into our organization\'s core processes.
  • Leverage your expertise in ERP systems, with an emphasis on Dynamics 365, to ensure their effective implementation and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and align business needs with technology solutions.
  • Utilize your background in supply chain management and manufacturing processes to guide application integrations into finance processes.
  • Continuously assess and recommend improvements to our packaged application ecosystem, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in architecting, implementing, and optimizing ERP systems, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics 365 F+O, and Business Central.
  • Prior experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • An understanding of supply chain management and manufacturing processes, and the ability to integrate them seamlessly into finance operations, is also a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
