Your future, your role
As a Business Architect, you'll be:
Defining, optimising and connecting business processes across mydentist to drive efficiency, support digital transformation and identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption.
Developing and maintaining mydentist's business architecture framework, including the business capability model, value streams and process taxonomy.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape transformation programmes and ensure architectural coherence
Mapping and analysing end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation
Leading, coaching and developing a team of Business Analysts working in a matrix structure, to ensure clarity of purpose and quality and consistency of deliverables.
You will have:
Proven experience in Business Architecture, business analysis and process transformation roles
A track record of leading teams to deliver measurable process improvements
Strong understanding of automation and AI technologies and their business applications
Experience working in complex, multi-site or service-driven organisations
Previous experience working in a matrix organisation strongly preferred
Relevant professional certification, eg Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF, BPM
