Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Architect (Actuarial Support). In this role, you will collaborate closely with our actuarial team to implement streamlined processes and solutions using various data tools and technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to identify inefficiencies, analyze requirements, and develop innovative solutions to enhance actuarial workflows and operations.
Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize existing actuarial processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
Design and implement efficient processes and solutions using tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, SQL databases, and other homegrown tools.
Develop and maintain robust data models and ETL processes to support actuarial analyses. Collaborate with actuaries to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions.
Provide training and documentation to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and tools. Continuously explore new technologies and techniques to drive process improvements and enhance actuarial operations.
Performs other duties as required
