About this exciting role

Providing full recruitment support to an Associate Director, you must have working experience and a concise understanding of recruitment processes and time scales. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong and proven history of managing a variety of client and candidate relationships at an exceptional level with outstanding results.

You must be someone who can work autonomously and complete a busy workload with a genuine drive and commitment to providing the best results for all stakeholders. You will be liaising with clients and candidates remotely through a variety of channels, so you must be technically proficient in delivering a consistently high standard of online communication. On occasion, you may be requested to provide temporary cover for the Associate Director.

Your core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients and candidates
  • Quickly develop an understanding of the processes, procedures and requirements of the client\'s internal recruitment systems
  • Deliver an exemplary service that exceeds the expectations of clients.
  • Communicate with clients to fully understand their requirements and roles to maximise our success ratios when putting candidates forward for a position.
  • Promote client vacancies on social networking sites/job board screening to attract new candidates to register
  • Identify business opportunities through proactive marketing of candidates.
  • Network and develop close working relationships with candidates to identify their current and future recruitment needs.
  • Convey vacancy requirements with the candidate and determine the candidate suitability.
  • Research and match the requirements of available roles to candidates\' skills, experience and goals.
  • Understand and ensure employment legislation is considered and implemented.
  • Fill vacancies following agreed timescales
Administration
  • Proactively source candidates using database searches, online searching tools, networking and other methods.
  • Fully prepare candidates before submitting them for interviews
  • Ensure that all relevant data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using internal databases.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are followed to meet legislative and internal quality requirements.
  • Manage candidates\' expectations around the clients\' processes and procedures and gain their commitment.
  • Producing ad-hoc profiles as required
Who we are looking for
  • You must have previous experience in a recruitment/support management role.
  • Experience working in a customer or client-facing role, or administration in a process-driven environment
  • Proficient in the use of a range of computer packages and video conferencing platforms
  • You must be intuitive, take initiative and work with confidence to generate activity.
  • Able to work autonomously and as a team member to produce measurable and outstanding results.
