The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented individual to join our leadership office as a Business Co-ordinator, supporting the CEO and COO in areas of business administration and communications.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who wants to build a career in corporate administration, people engagement, and internal and external communications - while gaining direct exposure to senior decision-making and international business development. Whether you're a recent graduate or have relevant workplace experience, this role is about attitude, adaptability, and ambition.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO and COO with a range of administrative and operational activities across the business.
Assist with internal communication efforts including email updates, staff briefings, and employee engagement content.
Contribute to the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and visits, both internal and external.
Help manage the company's digital presence through social media updates, website content, and newsletters.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for meetings and external
engagements.
Maintain organised records, follow-up on meeting actions, and ensure smooth communication flows across departments.
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and partners as needed to support project and operational execution.
Provide service-focused support to the leadership team and wider organisation with professionalism and discretion.
Take ownership of administrative improvements and offer suggestions to enhance internal processes.
What We're Looking For
Someone with a passion for organisation, communication, and effective business support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent planning and coordination ability with attention to detail.
Interest in business operations, administration, or corporate communications.
Professionalism, discretion, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new digital tools.
Prior experience in a support, coordination, communications, or administrative role is a plus.
Preferably a graduate, but we also welcome applicants with relevant experience and the right mindset.
