The Vacancy
The job of the Business Change Administrator is to carry out an in-depth evaluation and verification of the capabilities of systems, serving as a middleman between the end-users (CBES Field Team) and software developers (City / CBES IT), to ensure that product information is properly disseminated.
They will participate in the system operation and development life cycle, and as such, will be available to carry out instructions as directed by the business. Once the requirements baseline is established, it's the responsibility of the junior analyst to maintain and verify requirements specifications accordingly.
They will work closely with the organization's management in order to identify customer needs and establish ways through which those needs can be met for maximum benefit and satisfaction, via systems performance and processes. This becomes especially important when the company seeks new strategies to render better services to clients.
