Position Overview:



We are looking for a Business Change & Adoption Consultant to join our Professional Services business. This is a varied role where you will be working on change management and adoption projects across a portfolio of clients.


This role would suit someone who has experience within training, change management or adoption that wants to thrive in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities:



Some of your day-to-day responsibilities would include:

Running workshops for clients Engaging with business managers and sponsors as part of ensuring an effective change management process Working closely with business development and sales staff to ensure customers receive accurate and aligned advice Supporting project managers to ensure that budgets and risks associated with any initiatives are managed and accounted for

Qualifications & Experience:




The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Experience of delivering change management and adoption programmes Experience of running workshops and consulting directly with clients Hands-on on experience working with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot The aptitude and attitude to effectively engage with a wide variety of stakeholders, from junior employees to exec-level individuals Previous track record of operating in a consulting or services organisation Some exposure to supporting future sales, proposal writing and identifying opportunities with existing clients

The budgeted salary for this role is between

60,000 - 65,000 a year,

depending on experience.

Hybrid working:
