DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Streaming department is responsible for the strategy, development, and operation of our digital streaming platform, delivering high-quality, on-demand content to audiences across multiple devices and markets.
The team drives innovation in user experience, content delivery, and platform technology, ensuring our streaming service remains competitive and aligned with evolving consumer expectations.
Working cross-functionally with technology, marketing, content and editorial, commercial and insights, the department is at the forefront of digital transformation enabling the business to reach new audiences and maximize engagement in a rapidly changing media landscape as part of our FAST Forward strategy.
JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change Process / Business Analyst to support in assessing and shaping the change impact of the new streaming platform, including future operating model across people, process, and technology. You will work in close partnership with Channel 4 teams and third-party vendors to define and implement "to-be" ways of working for the new platform and broader transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify change impacts across people, process, and technology, and support change management analysis .
Lead detailed assessments of current and future state processes across business functions, connecting technical changes with business processes.
Shape and document "to-be" operating models aligned to strategic transformation goals and third-party contractual agreements.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, validate findings, and co-create solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed process maps and documentation to support future ops model.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of solutions.
Support the development of decision-making frameworks (e.g., RAPIDs) to enable effective governance and accountability in BAU.
Apply scaled agile methodologies to support overall objective to drive business agility from the new platform and ops model.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Proven experience in business change analysis and business change within large-scale transformation programmes.
Strong background in shaping operating models and designing future state processes.
Expertise in process mapping and business architecture across multiple business areas.
Experience working in Scaled Agile environments and familiarity with agile delivery frameworks.
Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with decision-making frameworks such as RAPIDs or similar.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Experience in media, broadcasting, or digital transformation.
Knowledge of change management principles and tools.
Experience with recognised process methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.

Hybrid working
From September 2023, C4 has operated a 60/40 working pattern, equating to three office days per week.
