Job Description

We are seeking a Business Change Consulting Manager with a background in Business Change Transformation within Defence to drive the business in Technology Transformation consultancy services into Aerospace, Defence and Secure (ADS) clients.

This is a hybrid role and you will be required to be in Corsham (on-site minimum 3 days/week), with intermittent travel to other UK-based client sites.
What you'll be doing:
You will bring best-practice methodologies and deep Business Change Transformation (BCM) expertise to sophisticated programmes while ensuring partner alignment and sustainable change.

• Plan and implement change initiatives aligned with clients' digital/IT transformation objectives.
• Design and implement safe, defensible operating models and business processes via methodologies like Lean/Six Sigma.
• Lead comprehensive Business Process Design, Re-engineering, and Continual Improvement efforts.
• Bring together and assess business and technical requirements, ensuring robust governance.

What you'll bring:

• MOD DV Cleared.
• APMG Business Change Management certification.
• Consistent track record delivering large-scale, technology-enabled transformation.
• Proven success supporting bid/proposal development for technology-led consulting assignments.
• Exposure to Defence Digital or experience working within Defence digital programmes is highly advantageous.
