Business Change Lead/Manager \xe2\x80\x93 ERP/Finance Transformation

  • Outside IR35
  • 6 months initial contract high likelihood of extension
  • Hybrid 4 days based in Mayfair office 1 day WFH
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Change Lead/Manager to support the roll out of a new ERP. This programme is part of a larger business wide transformation programme the aim of which is to transform their business in to a data lead business with the deployment of new technology and processes.

This role has been created to ensure successful business change and high levels of adoption for the new system and ways of working.

You will need;
  • A well rounded Change Management skill set with relevant qualifications and you will be able to demonstrate where you have architected appropriate change solutions within organisations with low change maturity levels.
  • Recent experience on an ERP/Finance Transformation programme
  • Worked with a range of change methodologies/frameworks
  • Have Sector experience in any of the following Heavy Industry, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Oil and Gas, Construction, Aviation & Travel
The role is London based, Outside IR35 and 4 Days per week onsite.
