On behalf of The Home Office, we are looking for a Business Change Manager - Inside IR35 for a 6 Month contract based Hybrid - Remote & up to 2 days p/week in London.

As a Business Change Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

Lead business change delivery, supporting the G6/G7 Head of Business Change to achieve programme benefits and outcomes. Act as a key liaison between delivery teams and business users to ensure smooth implementation and benefit realisation. Develop and manage change plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and local change roadmaps. Provide leadership, championing best practice in business change management tools, standards, and processes. Design and deliver training, support early life adoption, and ensure effective communication across the business. Identify and map benefits, manage stakeholders, and adapt to dynamic, high-pressure environments.

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.

You'll have:

Demonstrable Business Change Management experience - within large projects / programmes in the public sector. Expertise in delivering change management artefacts such as transition, adoption, impact assessments & engagement plans. Experience in facilitating workshops, process analysis, benefits identification, and business continuity planning. Excellent stakeholder management skills. A relevant Change Management qualification - highly desirable.
