On behalf of the Bank of England, we are looking for a Business Change Managers x5 - Inside IR35 for a 12 Month contract based Hybrid - Remote & 2 days p/week in London or Leeds.

As a Business Change Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Business Change Delivery: Drive change from initiation to implementation, ensuring business readiness and alignment with project goals, including process, people, and technology transformation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as a key liaison between project teams and business users, managing senior stakeholder relationships and embedding change communication into project plans.
Benefits Realisation & Impact Assessment: Own the change plan and lead benefits tracking, impact assessments, and strategy development to ensure successful delivery of business case outcomes.
Governance & Leadership: Provide visible leadership, champion best practice change management standards, and steer progress of key change deliverables across the programme.
Training, Comms & Readiness: Oversee training, communications, and rollout of new processes and systems (e.g. SharePoint, Oracle), ensuring smooth transition and adoption across impacted teams.
Technology & Ways of Working: Support the shift to new digital tools and AI-enabled processes, guiding the organisation through new ways of working and managing supplier contributions during early-stage delivery.
SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
