Salary: 46,000 - 50,000



Location: Ealing office base with hybrid working



Contract: 9 to 12 month contract depending on start date, 35 hours per week

Role Overview



We are looking for a

Business Change Partner

to join our fantastic Project Services department. The Business Change Partner will play a critical role in supporting the business through change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions from project to business as usual. This role will also support and engage stakeholders to ensure that changes to people, processes and technology are successfully embedded within the relevant teams across the business.


Key responsibilities:



Build and maintain effective relationships with project sponsors and other key stakeholders Define, evaluate, and improve effectiveness of business processes and procedures to enhance efficiencies, benefits realisation, operational readiness and post go-live activities Conduct impact analysis to assess the potential impact of changes on stakeholders and business processes Develop and implement engaging communication plans to keep stakeholders informed, engaged and enthusiastic Facilitate engaging workshops and meetings to gather feedback, deliver information and address concerns Deliver change management plans, including communication, training, and support activities Collaborate with Business Change Manager and Project Managers to integrate change management activities into project plans Monitor and report to the Change Manager on the progress of change initiatives and adjust plans as necessary Support the design and delivery of training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to changes. Support the development of support materials and resources, such as user guides, FAQs, and online help Collect and analyse feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. Challenge current ways of working and seek to improve business readiness and adaption, reviewing the transition process from current to future state Provide subject matter expertise and technical skills in relation to all capabilities with the service/project area, working with peers to share best practice. Ensuring there is a best practice consistent methodology and approach in place for each project Work with the Business Change Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that monitoring and evaluation is undertaken to enable us to track the outcomes and benefits of change initiatives and project outcomes. Able to transfer ownership of this to the business after hyper care period ends to ensure sustained change and benefits

More about you



Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A- C)
Must hold or working towards a Change Management Qualification Proven experience of working in a high performing team, demonstrating credibility, strong influencing and communication skills, personal drive and ambition to make a difference An excellent communicator with the ability to demonstrate a track record of building trusted relationships with all stakeholders internal and external. Ability to clearly articulate messages across a variety of channels and audiences Strong, proactive problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to challenge when needed, present problems and recommendations simultaneously Knowledgeable about current best practice in Agile Project Delivery, change management, continuous improvement, with working knowledge of planning and delivering communications and training Proven experience of managing change that include people, process and technology changes at an operational level
