About the role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager who'll be responsible for advising our Talent department on compliance requirements, related controls, and existing infrastructure with a focus on Fitness and Propriety (F&P) Process and Employee/HR Compliance

What you'll be doing
Advising the business on compliance topics related to Fitness & Propriety (F&P)
Improving the existing compliance infrastructure
Ensuring Revolut meets regulatory requirements specific for Fitness & Propriety (F&P) and Employee/HR Compliance
Providing solutions to compliance challenges
Facilitating collaboration between 1LoD and 2LoD Compliance teams
Leveraging Revolut's suite of data analytics to support compliance decisions
Advising business areas on required changes to ensure positive outcomes
Liaising with senior stakeholders, including Board members, on compliance matters
Preparing and presenting periodic compliance reports
Reading regulations and understanding their implications for the business model
Identifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to promote compliance
Participating in committees to review People Initiatives from a compliance perspective
Approving People Initiatives with compliance oversight
What you'll need
Experience in regulatory compliance frameworks, especially those related to the FCA, PRA, or equivalent regulators
Demonstrated understanding of Fitness and Propriety regulations
Hands-on experience in conducting F&P checks for SMFs, MRTs, and other key personnel
Solid knowledge of employee compliance subjects including Conflicts of Interest, Personal Account Dealing, Market Abuse, and Gifts and Entertainment
Experience in a top-tier financial institution or consultancy company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders and committees
The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
