mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)

installation and specialist construction services. Our work covers

electrical installations, plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, and other building infrastructure projects

throughout the UK.

We are now seeking a

Business Consultant

to strengthen our strategic and operational capabilities, streamline business processes, and support the company's continued growth in the construction services sector.

Responsibilities

Research and analyse the company's

strategic position

in the UK construction and installation market. Assess business operations, supply chain, and project management workflows to identify areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's

competitive position

,

profitability

, and

efficiency

. Evaluate and propose improvements to

internal corporate structures

, communication methods, and reporting processes. Support adoption of

new technologies, IT tools, standards, and certifications

to modernise business operations. Conduct

market and stakeholder analysis

to inform strategic planning and decision-making. Prepare analytical reports, business models, and financial forecasts for senior management. Collaborate with departmental heads to implement change management strategies and monitor progress.

Qualifications

Master's degree (or equivalent RQF Level 7 qualification) in

International Business Management

,

Business Administration

, or a related field. Proven experience in

business consultancy

,

operations analysis

, or

project management

, ideally within

construction, engineering, or building services

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide practical business solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations. Competency in Microsoft Office and business analysis/reporting tools.

Pay: 40,000.00-52,000.00 per year
