Business Consulting Apprentice - 4C Associates

4C Associates is a forward-thinking management consultancy helping some of the biggest organisations improve how they work. We're now looking for curious, motivated school or college leavers to join us as Business Consulting Apprentices -- learning the consulting world from the inside and building real experience.
What You'll Be Doing
From day one, you'll be part of real projects. You'll learn how consultants think, solve problems and work with clients.
Work with data to spot trends, insights and solutions
Support live consulting projects alongside experienced consultants
Help prepare presentations and reports that go to real clients
Join client meetings and workshops
Build professional skills that set you up for a long-term career
You'll be learning on the job with training, support and mentoring throughout your apprenticeship.
What We're Looking For
You don't need experience in consulting, we care more about attitude and potential.
You might be a great fit if you:
Are curious, motivated and keen to learn
Enjoy problem-solving and working with numbers or data
Communicate well and like working in a team
Are organised and proactive
Possess basic Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
? Eligibility note: This apprenticeship is for people who do not already hold a Level 4 qualification, degree, or equivalent.
