The Role:

We're looking for an Incident Planning & Business Continuity Manager to strengthen our emergency preparedness and organisational resilience. You'll lead planning, risk assessments, exercises, and training, while coordinating with regulators and emergency services.

What You'll Do:

Develop and test emergency and continuity plans Lead risk assessments and recovery strategies Coordinate with regulators, emergency services, and local resilience forums Deliver training and exercises in incident response Act as point of contact during incidents and lead post-incident reviews Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor emerging risks

About You:

Experience in Emergency Planning, Business Continuity, or resilience disciplines Knowledge of COMAH and other relevant legislation Comfortable guiding teams, sharing ideas clearly, and analysing complex information Comfortable making decisions under pressure Experience delivering training and presentations Full driving licence

Salary

Basic salary of 48,000 - 52,000 + benefits
