Job Title: Business Controller UK & Ireland

Accountable to: Regional Finance Director for UK & Ireland Hours: Full-time 37.50 hours per week

Location: CRGH/UK (travel for business needs)

Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Effective communication of complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Strategic thinking, flexibility, and drive for results.
  • Strong decision-making and risk assessment skills.
  • People and team leadership abilities with transparency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with theRegional Finance Director for UK & Irelandand to keep abreast of the latest developments about the regulatory financial requirements for UK & Ireland..
  • To communicate effectively with all members of CRGH Group and maintain continuity of patient care. Without discrimination or prejudice against a persons sex, religion, age, race.
  • Overseeing and managing business processes and budgets
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Cost Management:
  • Analyzing business processes and investigating ways to improve them
  • Financial and operational reporting and analysis
  • Carrying out commercial analyses and strategic scenario analyses
  • Understanding the market the business is in and providing predictions about the movement of the market
  • Translating management\'s objectives into measurable key performance indicators for staff
  • Assisting in developing and implementing business decision-making models
  • Analyzing business data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Communicating with top management to provide insights and recommendations on business operations
  • Supporting businesses units with insights to make informed decisions to achieve a company\'s objectives
  • Risk management
  • Assist with the preparation of audits
  • Responsible for ensuring own mandatory training kept up to date and continued learning and development or any additional training required to enhance skills for the role.
