Business Crime / White Collar Crime Lawyer / Solicitor / Barrister (4+ PQE) - Specialist Law Firm - London

Accuflex is offering an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and motivated Solicitor or Barrister to join a highly respected specialist law firm in London. This role is ideal for someone with strong criminal law experience who is looking to deepen their expertise in white collar crime, extradition, and international criminal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Crime Advisory:

Advise clients on investigations and prosecutions involving fraud, bribery, corruption, and money laundering.

International Criminal Law:

Handle extradition cases, mutual legal assistance requests, and Interpol Red Notices.

Litigation & Strategy:

Represent clients in UK courts and coordinate with foreign counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Legal Drafting:

Prepare strategic legal documents and opinions tailored to high-stakes criminal and regulatory investigations.

Client Management:

Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals, executives, and corporates.

Thought Leadership:

Contribute to business development and the firm's growing reputation in the white collar crime space.

Required Experience:

Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (England & Wales) with 4+ years' PQE. Strong background in criminal law, ideally with exposure to white collar crime and extradition. Excellent drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.

Desirable Attributes:

Foreign language skills. Experience with UK regulatory bodies (SFO, FCA, NCA, HMRC). Familiarity with sanctions, asset freezing, and civil recovery proceedings.
