Job Purpose:
To support SR Mailing Ltd.'s digital transformation and data optimisation efforts by
collecting, organising, and analysing internal data across sales, operations, and digital
platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering actionable insights that
improve operational efficiency, marketing strategies, and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and manage structured data from internal systems including sales, logistics,
and digital platforms
Clean, organise, and prepare data sets for ongoing analysis and performance
tracking
Work with internal IT and management teams to interpret data trends and suggest
improvements
Analyse marketing and customer engagement data using tools such as Google
Analytics, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms
Create data dashboards and visual reports to communicate findings to management
Participate in the development and implementation of automation or data-
enhancement processes
Document internal data procedures and ensure data governance compliance
Person Specification:
Essential:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field
Strong skills in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and collaboration skills
A recent graduate (within the past 4 years) to qualify under new entrant criteria
Desirable:
Familiarity with data visualisation platforms like Power BI or Tableau
Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce data
Awareness of data-driven decision-making in a commercial environment
