JOB TITLE: Business Delivery Subject Matter Expert SALARY: 29,460 - 34,111 (depending on experience) LOCATION: Leeds, Halifax. HOURS: Full Time, 35 hours- per week. Applications from colleagues on reduced hours or Job Share arrangements will be considered alongside role requirements. Flexible working requests in line with Group Flexibility Works Policy. WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

An inspiring Business Delivery Subject Matter Expert that delivers high quality, high impact learning. Delivering the learning face to face, virtually or in a hybrid environment providing an outstanding colleague learning experience on a wide range of General Insurance and Group Policies and procedures and principles.
Supports and embeds LBG priorities, adheres to regulatory requirements and role models the Group Values, Behaviours and Code of Responsibility.
Key accountabilities: What you'll needResponsible for the delivering of technical learning, including induction and change training. Role model face-to-face, virtual & hybrid training delivery skills Delivers learning across the full range of delivery styles, tailor delivery to meet the needs of varying audiences, including using technology. Pro-actively keep abreast of the latest innovations & developments in the external training & development marketplace. Ensure training delivery is evaluated & that delegate feedback is reviewed in collaboration with Change and Design. A catalyst for learning, offer creative & innovative ideas to ensure training content contains the latest thinking & delivery methodology. Act as a Subject Matter Expert and support other areas of Learning in an agile capacity, in the development of new learning products. Delivering improvements in colleague performance and support the development of a Culture that is Customer Centric; LBG Value focussed and encourages individuals to excel. Impactful Communication Enabling Personal Development of Others Colleague Experience Creativity & Innovative Thinking Collaborative Working Product and System Knowledge Judgement and decision making Stakeholder Management Commercial awareness
