The Business Design Lead will manage stakeholder relationships and oversee CRM processes to drive effective change within the public sector. This temporary role focuses on delivering strategic consultancy and change management initiatives.

• Oversee stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

A successful Business Design Lead should have:
