The Business Design Lead (Streamlining Case Management) will guide the delivery of transformational projects within the public sector, focusing on enhancing case management systems. This temporary role requires strong expertise in consultancy, strategy, and change management.
- Oversee the design and implementation of streamlined case management processes.
