We started our business in Frankfurt in 2009 and have always produced our breads by hand using only organically certified ingredients. Unlike most bakers in Europe we bake in city centres and each of our bakeries serves both B2B and B2C clients. We are a place people go to for authentic, handmade traditional breads and pastries.

We started our business in London in April 2025 and have seen massive growth and in November 2025 we will start delivering our breads across the greater London area to new clients and this growth requires support from a smart, commercial, literate, highly numerate and organized person who will support the operations of the company in a variety of areas.

This is a special position. Candidates will have responsibility and gain experience in multiple areas. Equally candidate must show that they have the energy and intellectual abilities for the role.

The following areas of responsibility will be passed on to a successful candidate over time and after training :

- daily and weekly reporting on financial/operational results in excel

- research and negotiate with potential new suppliers

- act as sales and contact person for b2b clients

- after training you will oversee the ERP/CRM/loyalty programs

- support operational teams in bakery as and when needed incl work in bakery and at sales counter if required

- experience in conducting market research

- maintenance of regulatory and organic certification

the ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, be highly conversant and fluent in the English language and highly experienced with MS Excel

The candidate must be willing to learn hands on the business we are in - know how we work, understand the raw material we use. This will include training shifts in bakery, sales, food production.

Qualifications:

University degree in an English peaking country professional experience that is relevant to the areas of responsibility experience in a commercial, sales role and ability highly organized, hard working ambitious and willing to work late evenings and weekends when required - we bake 24/7 and problems in operations must be solved when they occur we are not able to sponsor candidates at this time. any candidate must have n existing work permit for the United Kingdom

Process

We will be asking candidates to do a project as part of the application process; the time of which will be compensated. No candidate will be hired without producing project work.
