50,000 - 60,000

Top Performers:

70,000 - 80,000+

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 9:00pm (U.S. market hours)

The Role

As an International Business Development Associate, you will:

Research and identify target companies in the U.S. market Contact business owners and senior decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualify leads and generate interest in our U.S.-based events Book meetings and hand over sales-ready leads to senior team members Support outbound sales campaigns and market growth strategies Progress into senior sales, event management, or U.S.-based roles based on performance
