Job Summary

:
As part of the Sales team, the successful candidate will help design, implement, and take accountability for our strategic sales plan. This plan aims to enhance our company brand, expand our customer base, and ensure a strong market presence.This role requires driving product sales, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. Ideal candidates will be target-focused and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Duties

:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions and value. As part of the Sales team, help to design, implement, and show accountability for the strategic sales plan that continues the development of the company brand, expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence within the market. Support the development and reporting of market analysis and monitoring. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and that of competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and client requirements Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets. Present sales, margin and realistic forecasts to the senior leadership team. Assist with negotiation of tenders and contracts. Establish and own ongoing customer relationships, acting as a point of contact. Develop and record important contacts to create worthwhile opportunities. While establishing credibility, communicating value, and developing trust. Assist with pulling regular reports on business development progress and outcomes for the Leadership team.

Qualifications:



Ideally, you should have some years of experience working in a similar position, preferably in wind-energy sector.

Self-motivated, quick thinking, and the confidence to grow the business. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask A proven record of establishing, developing, and maintaining customer long-term relationships Strong business acumen and industry expertise High level of technical understanding Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

In partnership with the HSE department, ensure the continuous improvement of safety and environmental performance and compliance with all laws, regulations, and industry standards/codes Report all incidents or breaches of policy or regulations to the line manager Commitment to proactive intervention where an unsafe act or condition is observed Adherence to DWT's integrated management system, ensuring document control and improvements to key processes are maintained
