We are a fast-growing lettings and property management agency in London, seeking a driven
Business Development Executive
to grow our landlord network and property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with sales or property experience who can speak
Mandarin
and wants real progression with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners
Source new business via networking, referrals, and prospecting
Negotiate rental terms and long-term agreements
Identify opportunities for portfolio growth across London
Work closely with internal teams to onboard new properties
Represent the company at meetings and networking events
Requirements
Experience in property, lettings, or sales (preferred)
Fluent in English,
Mandarin (preferred but not necessary)
Confident in building relationships and developing your own network
Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded
Strong communication and negotiation skills
