Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to maximise sales potential.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our products/services.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client requirements.
Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyse sales data for strategic planning.
Attend industry events and conferences to promote the organisation's offerings and expand professional networks.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales roles within a relevant industry.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional demeanour.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
