to represent our Warringtonfire business. In this role you will be an inside seller, responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a defined group of clients and prospects. Responsibilities:
You will expand business with dormant and existing accounts, be responsible for 30 - 70 quotations per week. It will be your responsibility to assure customer satisfaction and interact with the Sales Team, General Manager, and lab/technical personnel. You will be tasked with the following;Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional relationship with key decision makers
Identify current and future customer service requirements
Identify the full potential of an opportunity
Manage relationships
Follow up in a timely manner on all communications
Actively utilize CRM to record activities
Actively participate in regular pipeline reviews
Achieve sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
Skills / Qualifications: Current or previous Business Development, Sales or Account Management experience
Ability to produce weekly and monthly sales reports
Experience or competent to produce customer communication via phone or email
Ability to solve practical customer problems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Availability and flexibility to represent the company at a broad range of events
Ability to handle multiple streams of work, able to prioritise and liaise with various stakeholders
Good interpersonal skills
Some overnight travel may be requiredI-DG1
