Identify and approach potential landlords and property investors to secure new lettings instructions.
Conduct property valuations and market appraisals to win new business.
Build a strong pipeline of leads and maintain consistent follow-up.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing landlord clients to encourage portfolio growth and renewals.
Provide expert advice on the lettings market, rental values, and tenancy processes.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to generate referrals and repeat business.
Sales Strategy & Target Management
Develop and execute a personal and team-based business development strategy.
Meet or exceed agreed targets for new lettings instructions and revenue generation.
Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Marketing & Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the lettings service and attract new landlords.
Represent the company at property events, networking functions, and local business forums.
Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the lettings and property management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new instructions.
Provide feedback to the team on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
Please note: this role is based in Crewe 3 days a week and Newcastle-Under-Lyme 2 days a week. Occasional Saturdays may be required with a day off in lieu by return.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisation and administration skills
Experience within a sales environment, ideally estate agency
A proactive and customer-focused attitude
Full UK driving licence and use of own car
