ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:


We're dedicated to providing a best in class vendor journey, and our mission is to be the global leading resource for wedding planning. At TKWW, we partner with top venues across the UK and beyond to help them attract more bookings through powerful online tools and marketing.

We're looking for a confident and experienced Senior Business Development Consultant to join our growing team. You'll be the face of the business for high-potential wedding venues in London & the Home Counties, meeting them on-site, understanding their commercial goals, and selling them a subscription package on our Hitched brand (UK). This is a consultative field sales role with a strong focus on relationship building and closing deals face-to-face.




RESPONSIBILITIES:


Proactively identify and reach out to prospective wedding venues in your region from an assigned territory spanning across London & Home Counties. To hold a minimum of 15 face-to-face meetings per month, mixed with online demos and telephone calls. Schedule and conduct in-person sales meetings at venue locations, aiming to meet with key decision-makers and influence senior stakeholders. To have a strong understanding of the wedding market, particularly venues inside operations and revenue streams. Present the value of our platform clearly, tailoring your pitch and proposition to each venue's unique needs. Negotiate and close contracted subscription agreements, achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth client handover post-sale. To act as a mentor for the wider venues telemarketing team; leading by example and using your knowledge to empower other colleagues Build long-term relationships with venue managers and owners to build a lucrative sales pipeline of high-potential prospects. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities using our CRM system. Provide regular feedback from the field to the Head of Sales to share market knowledge from the frontline.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:


4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, events, tech, or SaaS. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals in face-to-face environments. Confident presenter and strong negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills. Self-starter with the ability to manage your own pipeline and schedule. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across London & surrounding areas. Comfortable using digital tools including CRM platforms, video calls, and productivity apps.

IT'S A BONUS IF:


Knowledge of the wedding or hospitality industry. Experience selling to independent business owners or SMEs. Existing network of venue or hospitality contacts.
