The Role


As a Consultant, you will work closely with the management team, you'll be on the front line of Mid Hampshire Healthcare's growth. You'll connect with existing and potential stakeholders to showcase how our services can make a real difference to patients, and you'll also play a pivotal role in driving the next wave of innovation and results.

What You'll Be Doing:


Prospecting: Identify and connect with decision-makers within the ICB and the wider healthcare arena. Engagement: Engage with and stay on top of leads and potential customers, uncover their needs, and present tailored solutions. Building Relationships: Cultivate trust and position yourself as a trusted advisor. Achieving Targets: Consistently meet deadlines and targets set. Staying Ahead: Be an advocate for Mid Hampshire healthcare and understand what sets Mid Hampshire Healthcare apart from our competitors. Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with both internal and external key players to drive results.

Who You Are

Have a proven track record in generating new business opprtunities. Possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Are self-motivated, resilient, and thrive in a competitive environment. Are tech-savvy and comfortable using IT resources & tools to manage leads and performance. Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to 40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Work Location: In person
