As we continue to grow and expand our global footprint, we are seeking an intelligent, proactive and detailed oriented Business Development Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our Brand & Business Development Manager.

Role outline:



The Business Development Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Brand & Business Development Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of all development activities. This includes administrative and operational support, interdepartmental liaison, market research, data analysis, and the preparation of business reports and presentations.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted right hand, enabling the Brand & Business Development Manager to focus on strategic growth initiatives while ensuring flawless follow-through on all operational aspects.

Job description:



Act as the liaison between the Brand & Business Development Manager and internal departments, ensuring clear, timely and effective communication. Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements. Support all operational activities including - order placement and coordination with internal teams, stock allocation and regular updates to clients, monitoring and following up on delivery schedules to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in full and chasing payments when required. Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, reports, and business documents with exceptional attention to detail. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and insights. Compile, organise, and analyse data to support strategic decision-making and business planning. Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently to support business development activities. Support the coordination of marketing initiatives, product launches, and partnership activities. Maintain and update CRM systems, sales trackers, and reporting dashboards accurately. Carrying out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the Brand and Business Development Manager.

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken - the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external partners. Intelligent and quick thinking - able to grasp complex information quickly and make sound judgment. Excellent attention to detail - ensuring accuracy and quality in all documents, communication and data reports. Strong Literacy & Numeracy Skills - capable of producing professional business documents and analytical reports. Highly Organised & Deadline-Oriented - able to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely follow-through. Tech-Savvy - proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems. Proactive & Resourceful - able to anticipate needs, problem-solve independently, and take initiative. Friendly, Warm & Easy to Work With - a team player who brings positive energy and builds strong working relationships.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
