to join our sales team in London. You will be responsible for driving continued growth across our Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) unit by working closely with our internal Consulting, Marketing, Alliances and Delivery and partners in the region.
Your role is that of the skillful originator and coordinator who organizes the meetings and follow-up steps that bring together all the different parties - prospects, clients, account managers, strategists, consultants, technologists and delivery experts - the multi-disciplinary teams who jointly produce the right solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
Sell Digital Transformation solutions using a consultative approach to meet revenue targets
Drive financial service related sales and marketing activities within your region but working cross regions to share knowledge
Maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities within the client portfolio
Coordinate and oversee the preparation of business' value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/ RFIs; by serving as liaison to Business Units, sales, partner and executive teams
Work with internal teams to identify, prepare and deliver product messaging to demonstrate EPAM value prop as a trusted systems integrator
Drive joint marketing initiatives with marketing teams
Requirements
8 years + Relevant experience in selling bespoke digital technology services
Deep understanding of the local FSI (Financial Services Industry) market with actionable network in the Banking and FSI industry
Track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities
Experience collaborating with 3rd party partners for shared propositions and co-selling opportunities, enhancing pipeline development
Awareness of global digital trends, exceptional client management, business communication, and relationship-building skills
Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining client and internal relationships
Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration and interpersonal skills
