We're looking for a driven and commercially minded

Business Development Manager

to lead our client growth and outreach efforts. This role is central to further expanding FOURTEEN_FIFTY_SEVEN's presence in the market -- building relationships with brands, agencies, and partners, and turning opportunities into long-term collaborations and retainers.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution, bringing both creativity and commercial focus to the table. You'll have a deep understanding of the B2B sales process, an instinct for storytelling within marketing, and the ability to spot and act on trends that drive real growth.

Role Description


We're looking for a driven and strategic

Business Development Manager

to join our growing team and help shape the next phase of FOURTEEN_FIFTY_SEVEN's growth.

This is a full-time role (remote or hybrid) for someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills, confident navigating both creative and commercial conversations. You'll be working directly with the founder and creative collective to identify opportunities, grow our client base, and develop partnerships with brands, rights holders, and agencies.

We're a small, ambitious team -- so this is a chance to get in early, make your mark, and grow with the company as we scale.

What You'll Do



Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across sport, entertainment, and wider commercial sectors. Build and manage a pipeline of leads -- from first contact through to closing deals. Develop tailored outreach strategies and campaigns that generate genuine conversations, not cold spam. Collaborate with the creative team to develop pitch decks, proposals, and presentations that sell our story and showcase our work. Nurture long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and strategic partners. Attend industry events, shoots, and meetings to represent the brand and spot collaboration opportunities. Track performance, report on key metrics, and help refine our business development strategy. Work closely with marketing to align outbound efforts with our brand positioning and content output.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in

business development, partnerships, or client services

, ideally within a marketing, creative, sports or production agency. A confident communicator -- comfortable reaching out to new contacts, pitching ideas, and building relationships at all levels. Commercially minded with a genuine interest in how creative work drives business outcomes. Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once. Strong written skills -- capable of crafting clear, engaging outreach and proposals. A proactive problem-solver who brings ideas to the table and follows through. An interest in sport, media, or creative production is a bonus but not essential.
